Your Questions Answered
I understand that you may have some questions or concerns before reaching out for an initial consultation, setting up a meeting, or even making that first phone call. To help you feel more confident and reassured in choosing me as your personal trainer, I’ve compiled answers to some commonly asked questions:
Not at all. Many of my clients are either new to fitness or returning after some time away. During your first session, I will assess your health and fitness level to tailor an exercise plan that suits you. Together, we’ll work towards your goals at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and you’ll quickly see improvements in your fitness.
Absolutely! Many clients feel the same way at first. However, after our consultation, I’m confident you’ll feel at ease, and you might even wonder why you didn’t start sooner! I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in a safe, welcoming environment. Even if it’s your first time with personal training, I promise to bring out your best.

Reformer Pilates 1-2-1 PT Sessions are priced at £75
I’m based in Gravesend, Kent, and offer a convenient location in the South East. If you’d like to train with a partner, you can share the session cost—each person will pay £40. Feel free to contact me for further details about your training needs.
Yes, of course! Partner training can be motivating and fun. Plus, it’s a great way to share the cost of your personal training sessions. I also offer group sessions for up to three people, making it easy to get fit together!
At the start of your program, I will conduct a comprehensive health and fitness assessment. This includes measurements such as body weight, body fat percentage, BMI, muscle mass, water percentage, BMR, visceral fat, and body circumference. We’ll revisit these measurements periodically to track your progress as you move through your training program.
Most clients start feeling fitter, both mentally and physically, after just the first week of training. You’ll notice some initial toning and fat burning, with clothes often feeling looser in a few weeks. The rate of progress depends on factors like starting weight, gender, metabolism, and the specific training program. For optimal results, I recommend committing to at least 12 weeks of training.
For outdoor and mobile sessions, I’ll provide all the necessary equipment. If you have your own equipment that you’d like to incorporate, let me know! In terms of clothing, I suggest wearing comfortable workout gear such as a t-shirt and jogging bottoms, along with supportive trainers. Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated, and I recommend bringing a towel for your workout.
Every client’s training program is unique and is based on your goals, fitness level, and health history. I offer a variety of workouts, drawing from my expertise in different fitness disciplines. No two sessions are the same, and I’m committed to keeping your workouts interesting and effective!
Depending on your individual program, I may use a range of equipment, such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, bosu balance trainers, Swiss balls, jump ropes, and more. Some exercises will require no equipment at all, focusing solely on bodyweight movements.
Yes! I can design a personalized home workout plan that you can follow between sessions. Whether you have fitness equipment at home or not, I will craft a program that suits your needs. I’ll regularly update your home routine to keep things fresh and ensure continued progress.
